Well, what if it did create a black hole, but one that we could stabalize? If we were able to do that, would we not finally discover if the black hole is actually just an opening to a wormhole and eventually leading to a white hole(quasar). Would we find another universe, maybe a different dimension? Or would everything turn out like it did on Stephen King's the Mist? Both of which seem to be life-changing. I'm hopeful.
